Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles (E-commerce experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
- Strong patience and customer-oriented attitude.
