Job Summary: The Technical Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing software development projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Management:

Identify and target potential projects on Upwork that align with our service offerings.

Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and cover letters tailored to each project's requirements.

Ensure high-quality and timely submissions to maximize the chances of winning projects.

Client Acquisition:

Engage with potential clients through Upwork's messaging system to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to gather project requirements and clarify objectives.

Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines with clients.

Profile Management:

Maintain and optimize the company's Upwork profile to ensure it showcases our strengths, capabilities, and successful projects.

Regularly update the portfolio with recent work, case studies, and client testimonials.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends on Upwork.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.

Follow up with clients post-project completion to gather feedback and secure testimonials.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Track and report on bidding activities, success rates, and project outcomes.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Set and achieve monthly revenue targets in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.

Strong technical understanding of web and mobile development services.

Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets on Upwork.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
