Position: Ticketing Consultant/ Ticketing Executive

Job Description

  • Prepare airline itineraries, calculate fares and share quotations
  • Make reservation and Issue tickets (domestic & international)
  • Provide customer support and advice to corporate and retail customers on schedules, routes and travel policies
  • Carry out pre-flight checks for applicable rules and regulations

Qualification & Skill Requirement

  • Intermediate/ Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com)
  • Expert command over Galileo GDS (routing, fare pricing, issuance, re-issuance and refund)
  • Confident and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in the role of "Ticketing Officer".
