Senior Marketing Executive

Job Location:
Kickstart MM Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore (Full time, On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Develop the company's marketing strategy, aligned with our global business objectives.
  • Develop periodic marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand building.
  • Manage the company's digital marketing channels and achieve engagement KPIs.
  • Through the company's designated digital marketing agency, develop compelling marketing collateral (graphics, infographics, ads), ensuring brand consistency across channels.
  • Support and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and traditional media.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to make data-backed improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences within the sustainability and B2B sectors.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B marketing environment.
  • Prior experience in sustainability, ESG, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience running digital campaigns, content creation, and optimizing for engagement and conversions.
  • Good command on digital marketing tools and design platforms.
  • Strong research abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to think creatively, work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
