Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Recruiter & Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our home health agency network in the USA. The ideal candidate will generate leads, establish new contracts, negotiate deals, and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to generate and qualify leads for potential home health agency partners.
  • Send marketing flyers and other outreach materials to targeted agencies.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close a minimum of 4–5 deals per month.
  • Focus primarily on clients in the USA.
  • Achieve a monthly revenue target of $3,800.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and contracts in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
    (preferably in healthcare or B2B services).
  • Strong
    English communication
    and
    consultative selling
    skills
  • Proven success in
    tele-sales, cold calling, B2B business development, and client relationship management
  • Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to
    negotiate contracts and handle objections professionally
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary 60k
  • uncapped Commission
  • Opportunity to earn based on closed deals and revenue generated.

Job Setting:

Location: Canal View Near Thokar

Site : On-Site

Working Day: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 6:30 PM To 3:30 AM
