We are a design & embroidery company looking for a Customer Support Representative with strong English skills and a passion for excellence. If you are punctual, detail-oriented, and can work between customers and designers to deliver great results, this job might be for you.

Key Responsibilities:


• Receive customer orders and clearly understand their instructions.


• Prepare design briefs for designers based on customer's needs.


• Ensure designs match benchmarks before sending to the customer.


• Confirm payment from customers before delivering final design.


• Submit final design to customer once approved and payment confirmed.


• Maintain order tracking, status, feedback, payments etc. using Google Sheets.


• Be punctual, reliable, and maintain good communication

Requirements:


• Excellent written and spoken English.


• Strong listening skills & attention to detail.


• Able to clearly communicate customer instructions to designers.


• Experience with Google Sheets for record keeping.


• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual.


• Prior experience in customer support, order handling is a plus.


• Embroidery / design background preferred.
