Job Title: Sales Lead Pakistan
Liquid Technologies (LiqTeq) is an end-to-end Design and Development Agency. LiqTeq offers various services in DevOps, Data services and AI to multiple businesses and organizations and those that are in the startup phase. We're a team of creators, thinkers, explorers and judo trainees. We approach work and play with curiosity and experimentation, using what we learn to create meaningful digital products that connect with people, just like you.
We are looking to add a Sales Lead to our Karachi Office team.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
● Create a sales funnel, plan and playbook.
● Train a team to run a playbook with 1000 prospects each month.
● Achieve a target of 3m USD/ a year using zoominfo intent and sales OS platforms
● Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
● Review and Manage sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients in the Analytics and Services space locally and globally.
● Create partnerships with Global consulting and Technology firms for development and data work
● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
● Set and Meet Sales targets for the quarter
● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Has Experience with Digital Sales, through Linkedin, sales tools, and reference clients
● Can intro for Data Positions in Financial Institutions across the Region
● Develop junior sales team members into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
● 5 years plus experience in managing sales teams and delivering targets
● BBA/MBA in marketing, sales, or a relevant field
● Proven working experience as a Sales manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in a software development agency
● Proficiency in English
● Technology market knowledge
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to build rapport
