F&S Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Support and Ticketing Assistant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, monitoring ticketing deadlines, handling travel documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service for both domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue air tickets upon final itinerary confirmation and report transactions to the finance team.
  • Monitor airline queues in GDS for schedule changes and cancellations.
  • Track and manage ticketing time limits to avoid cancellations or fare increases.
  • Maintain and update passport details within booking records.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer profiles.
  • Arrange complimentary chauffeur services via airline websites, where applicable.
  • Verify fare conditions and ensure compliance with airline policies for changes or cancellations.
  • Check visa and travel regulations using TIMATIC to ensure entry/exit compliance.
  • Prepare and present quotations for domestic and international flight bookings.
  • Manage both individual and corporate travel requirements efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in using travel industry software
  • Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing processes
  • Familiarity with visa regulations and international travel documentation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
  • Proficient in basic office tools and travel management systems
  • Experience in handling both leisure and corporate travel bookings is a plus
