Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Senior Python Backend Engineer
located in Lahore. The Senior Python Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Daily tasks include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, collaborating with front-end developers, and integrating user-facing elements to ensure a seamless user experience. The role also involves continuous improvement of the codebase and participation in code reviews.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


• 2–3 years of experience in Python backend development


• Proven experience with FastAPI, async programming, and background tasks


• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and Git


• Strong debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
