Location: Remote (Pakistan-based candidates preferred)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, Sunday off

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary: PKR 20,000/month
  • Performance-Based Incentives:
  • Revenue Goal (6 months): $3,000 to $12,000
  • If $12,000 target is achieved, salary increases to PKR 300,000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all SEO operations for
  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies tailored for e-commerce
  • Conduct technical audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink planning
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Use Monitask daily to log work hours and tasks
  • Attend daily meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed on time; if delayed, extra time must be given to complete them

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of SEO experience in e-commerce
  • Proven success in driving organic traffic and revenue for online stores
  • Strong technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization skills
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Must be fully dedicated to – no other jobs or freelance work allowed
  • Must be available full-time (8 hours/day), with Sunday off
