Customer Support Representative
to join our growing E-Commerce team

You'll be the friendly voice and problem solver for our customers managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring complete satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Assistance:
    Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Order Management:
    Handle order processing, manage returns, and maintain accurate tracking records.
  • Live Chat Support:
    Provide real-time support through chat, resolve account issues, and offer effective solutions.
  • Tech & Tools:
    Use computers efficiently for data entry and manage interactions through various platforms.
  • Microsoft Office Skills:
    Work comfortably with Excel and Word for reports and updates.
  • Communication:
    Deliver clear, polite, and professional communication in both written and spoken English.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be able to
    commute daily
    to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in any field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Experience in e-commerce or customer support
    will be a strong advantage.
  • Must
    bring your own laptop
    to work.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
