Job Description

We are hiring a
Customer Support Representative
to handle customer calls, WhatsApp communication, and courier coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to manage customer queries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Call customers to confirm delivery details and verify addresses.
  • Manage parcels that are under review or delayed in delivery.
  • Coordinate with courier companies to resolve delivery issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms.
  • Maintain order details, product information, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
  • Confident in handling customer calls and messages.
  • Good understanding of customer service and coordination.
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Job Type
