We are a US-based corporate culture company dedicated to helping organizations build stronger, more collaborative workplace teams. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a driven Customer Support Executive to join our Lahore office.

This position is centered on client satisfaction. You will be reaching out to executives, understanding their needs, offering solutions, and coordinating appointments for our senior leadership team.

Position Overview

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
  • Location: Lahore (must be able to commute or relocate before start date)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to C-level executives from a provided list.
  • Manage and update leads through CRM/Google Drive.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication.
  • Utilize scripts, CRM tools, and databases effectively.
  • Consistently achieve targets for performance and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training to refine skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with both clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a client-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using computers and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work well independently and in team settings.
  • Fresh graduates (0–6 months of experience) are encouraged to apply.
