Job Summary

To manage Fleet and transportation operations, company-maintained vehicles repair & maintenance, coordination with all stakeholders / vendors for timely maintenance and settlement of accidental insurance claims through insurance company, employees & guests pick & drop services, contract transport, driver & billing management and ensure SOPs and Polices Compliances/Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fleet & transport services.
  • Prepare company-maintained vehicles repair & maintenance reports.
  • Prepare and share vehicles maintenance cost details with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare vehicles repair & maintenance, actual and budgeted cost comparison on monthly basis.
  • Monitor daily repair & maintenance requests and accident intimations on online portal.
  • Coordinate with insurance company for accidental intimations of company vehicles to arrange timely insurance survey/settlement, and related documentation for claim process.
  • Supervise & align fleet team to manage daily fleet operations; to be repaired vehicles via respective manufacturer for under warranty vehicles and from local workshops without warranty cover vehicles.
  • Ensure pool vehicles utilization as per policy & SOPs and maintaining maintenance and fuel records.
  • Manage delivery of all used and new vehicles from dealer or logistic vendor along with the inspection of technical aspects, belongings and relevant documentation.
  • Supervise arrangement of pick and drop facility to company staff and company guests.
  • Supervise contract staff van services.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

  • At least a bachelor's degree.
  • 5 -10 years professional experience in vehicles repair & maintenance and transport services administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
