Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, self-disciplined, and highly motivated technology leader to head our software and AI development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proven performer; someone who thrives without supervision, leads by example, and consistently delivers results across diverse product lines and teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a multidisciplinary team of frontend and backend developers, mobile (Android/iOS) engineers, UI/UX designers, and AI/ML specialists, with direct responsibility for building scalable software systems and driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Strategy

· Define, refine, and execute the company's technology vision and software development roadmap.

· Lead architecture decisions and enforce technical standards, security, and scalability across all projects.

· Stay ahead of global tech trends (AI/ML, cloud, APIs, DevOps) and bring innovation into active projects.

· Build scalable and maintainable systems that align with long-term product and business goals.

Team Leadership & Culture

· Lead by example; with initiative, ownership, and high personal standards.

· Inspire and guide developers, designers, and engineers to perform at their best through trust and accountability.

· Build a culture where discipline, performance, and teamwork drive results; not supervision.

Project & Resource Management

· Manage concurrent projects with structured planning and timely delivery.

· Optimize resources and ensure smooth coordination between frontend, backend, and AI/ML pipelines.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Serve as the primary technical authority and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

· Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support product demos, proposals, and technical integration discussions.

· Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technology plans and deliverables.

· Support business development through technical insights, solution architecture, and thought leadership.

Budgeting & Operational Oversight

· Own departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of human and technical resources.

· Monitor project costs, infrastructure expenses, and vendor contracts with financial discipline.

· Report progress, risks, and forecasts directly to senior management with full accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· years of professional software development experience, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.

· Proven track record of independently leading software teams and delivering enterprise-grade systems.

· Hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, mobile app development, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, agile delivery, and DevOps practices.

· Strong analytical, architectural, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
