Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist operations team in handling daily shipment activities for ocean, air, and road freight.
  • Support in documentation preparation such as BLs, invoices, packing lists, and customs papers.
  • Learn and assist in coordination between carriers, agents, and customers.
  • Help monitor shipment status and update clients on cargo movement.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues, delays, or discrepancies under supervisor guidance.
  • Maintain shipment records and ensure timely filing of documents.
  • Support in preparing operational reports and performance summaries.
  • Gain exposure to warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added services processes.
