Vacancy: Import Export Manager

Experience and Qualification Required: Master in Supply Chain with Minimum 8 years in relevant Industry.

Responsibilities:

Import/Export Operations

Manage all import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.

Monitor and maintain trade documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.

Ensure adherence to Incoterms and manage logistics cost optimization.

Oversee HS code classification, customs duty calculations, and trade compliance audits.

Warehousing Management

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.

Ensure efficient space utilization, material handling, and inventory accuracy.

Implement best practices in warehouse layout, safety, and automation.

Oversee stock counts, audits, and discrepancy resolutions.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time deliveries.

Generate periodic reports on inventory levels, import/export activities, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure supply chain alignment.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all activities comply with relevant national and international laws, including customs & trade sanctions.

Mitigate risks related to delays, non-compliance, and cost overruns through proactive planning and control mechanisms.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade regulations and suggest policy updates as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs300,000.00 per month
