Customer Support Executive (Night Shift – On-Site)

06 PM – 03 AM (US Time Zone)

About the Role
Sectem Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Executive for our on-site night shift team
You'll be responsible for managing client and realtor communications, ensuring every inquiry is handled efficiently and professionally. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering top-notch support, this is your chance to join a growing tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client and realtor inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information on referral processes, pricing plans, and services
Track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolutions
Coordinate with IT and internal teams through Trello
Assist new realtors during onboarding and setup
Maintain records in CRM and report recurring issues
Escalate urgent matters to management and ensure follow-ups
Skills & Expertise Needed
1–3 years of experience in customer support or client services (real estate/digital services preferred)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
Proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms & Trello
Basic understanding of US real estate terminology
