Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of South Asia BU, located in Karachi. The Head of South Asia BU will oversee business operations, develop and implement strategies, manage client relationships, and lead a team to ensure the achievement of business objectives. The role involves setting financial goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving growth in the South Asia region.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation abilities
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of digital payments, banking solutions, and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving market
