Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Ticket Agent. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling customer inquiries, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include processing ticket transactions, assisting with travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate booking records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
