Position: HR Manager (On-Site)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing call center team. The ideal candidate should already have an established call center team and be able to shift along with them. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership, people management, and recruitment skills to play a key role in scaling our operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a call center environment
  • Must have an existing call center team ready to shift along with the manager
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, payroll, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and oversee the HR department and team operations
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for call center agents and support staff
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
  • Ensure employee engagement, retention, and professional growth
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally
  • Monitor performance management systems and support team leaders in driving productivity
  • Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with company goals
