Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Sales Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves leading sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective market planning and team coordination. The ideal candidate will bring industry insight, leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare partners.


• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.


• Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan promotional activities and campaigns.


• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• 6–8 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.


• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, sales cycles, and regulatory environment.


• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in developing and managing regional or national sales operations.


• Familiarity with tendering processes and institutional sales.


• Ability to build partnerships and manage high-level B2B relationships.
