The Saif Group, one of the leading industrial and services conglomerates in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced & driven Manager Administration and Government Relations for its real estate, mining and agriculture projects.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site critical role that combines operational leadership with high-level stakeholder engagement across government bodies and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage administrative operations across multiple project sites and offices
  • Liaise with local, regional, provincial & federal government departments & agencies
  • Secure necessary permits, clearances, and licenses for land, mining, and agri-projects
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental regulations & standards
  • Represent the company in official meetings, inspections, and policy discussions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and site management
  • Manage Community relationships at offices and project sites
  • Travel extensively within the country

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in administration and government relations
  • Deep understanding of land acquisition, regulatory processes, and project compliance in the real estate, mining, or agriculture sectors
  • Strong government network and ability to work with multiple agencies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management and documentation skills
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments
  • Strong administrative skills, experience in facilities management
  • Should be able to work independently
  • Proficiency in liaising with government authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations
