About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful
Lead Scraper
to help build targeted prospect lists by extracting accurate contact information from various online platforms and tools. The ideal candidate is skilled in using lead generation software, web research, and data scraping techniques to gather and organize high-quality leads that align with our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target industries.
  • Extract and compile accurate contact details (emails, phone numbers, company data, etc.) from sources like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, company websites, and other online directories.
  • Use scraping tools and extensions (e.g., Apollo, Skrapp, , SignalHire, Lusha) efficiently.
  • Validate and verify lead information to ensure accuracy and deliverability.
  • Maintain and update lead databases or CRM with clean, organized data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead lists with outreach campaigns.
  • Stay compliant with data protection and anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    lead scraping, list building, or data mining
    .
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, , ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
  • Basic understanding of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to follow clear criteria and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data cleaning and validation methods.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with email deliverability best practices.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number and quality of leads generated per week/month.
  • Accuracy and validity of extracted contact data.
  • Responsiveness to sales and marketing team requirements.
