Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Virtual Assistant (VA)
to join our team and provide essential remote support. This is a full-time, remote position, and the ideal candidate is ready to start within the next few days.

Key Responsibilities:

The core duties will involve administrative support, and other tasks as assigned. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Handling communications (email/messaging) on behalf of the team.
  • Organizing digital files and documentation.
  • Supporting various projects with timely follow-up.

Requirements:

We have strict requirements regarding availability and work style:

  • Time Zone Alignment:
    Must be available to work from
    12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Tracking:
    Must be willing and able to use
    time-tracking software
    during working hours.
