Job Summary:

DOSTSOL Global is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

·      Maintain and update employee records.

·      Coordinate orientation sessions and onboarding processes for new hires.

·      Support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.

·      Assist in organizing training and development programs.

·      Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

·      Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

·      Prepare HR reports such as attendance, turnover, and other analytics.

·      Manage employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

·      Assist in payroll processing and leave management.

Education/Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·      1–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.

·      Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

·      Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is a plus.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·      Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

·      Problem-solving attitude and a team player.

Shift Timing/Location:

1PM-10PM (Monday to Friday) – Johar Town, Lahore.
