You'll guide our lead generation efforts, help our sales team connect with the right clients, and shape the future of our growth.
What You'll Do
- Use your proven experience to bring in high-quality leads for software development and IT services.
- Choose the best platforms, tools, and strategies—you know where to find the right clients.
- Please help us improve and expand our outreach using what has already worked for you in the past.
- Work closely with our sales team—you bring the leads, they close the deals.
- Keep records of your efforts, analyze results, and guide us on what to do more of.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on lead generation experience, preferably for software companies or IT service providers.
- You've brought in paying clients—real results—through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, cold email, or other proven strategies.
- Strong communication skills—you can write outreach messages that get replies and start conversations that lead to deals.
- A problem-solver with the confidence to try new things and the wisdom to double down on what works.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, and lead management systems.
