We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to connect Prima with new clients and buyers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Your mission will be to identify opportunities, build relationships, and lead outreach across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include finding and connecting with potential clients and decision-makers in KSA and MENA, reaching out via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other messaging platforms.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), based in Karachi, and willing to work in-office or hybrid. You should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation, along with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

You will be responsible for qualifying prospects and scheduling introductory meetings for the consulting team, building a clean, high-quality pipeline aligned with Prima's offerings, tracking activities and updating lead statuses in CRM tools, and providing feedback on market responses and lead quality.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Location: Based in Karachi, willing to work in-office or hybrid
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement, familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms, confident presenting Prima's services to senior decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: Prior exposure to the consulting, financial services, or SaaS sectors
  • Cultural Knowledge: Knowledge of business culture in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
  • Regional Sales Experience: Experience working with outbound B2B sales in regional markets
