Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to acquire international and local projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with confidence in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process across various platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, LinkedIn, Guru, K-Work, People Per Hour, Email Marketing).
  • Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Build positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to meet targets.
  • Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (Speaking & Writing).
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Understanding of IT market trends, languages, tech stacks, and software products.
  • Hands-on experience with requirement analysis, work estimations, and timelines.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, with demonstrated success.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
