Role Overview:
As a BD Executive (LinkedIn Lead Generation), your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients and decision-makers through LinkedIn. You will play a critical role in driving sales opportunities and supporting the business development team by generating high-quality leads. For this role, you must have experience in managing C-suite profiles in LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn lead generation strategies to support sales goals.
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to engage leads.
- Build and manage targeted LinkedIn campaigns to attract B2B decision-makers.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and communication logs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and support the nurturing process.
- Monitor LinkedIn trends and competitor activities to refine outreach tactics.
- Report weekly/monthly performance metrics including leads generated, conversion rates, and response rates.
- A/B test outreach messages and optimize messaging based on engagement results.
Required Experience and Skills
- 1-2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting (preferably in an agency or SaaS environment).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Dux-Soup, Phantombuster), and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) is a plus.
