Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager at City Planning Consultants (CPC) Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through social media, LinkedIn, email marketing, Upwork, etc., building client relationships, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research and sending proposals on Upwork and LinkedIn, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve sales targets and expand CPC's client base.

  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Growth Strategy Development skills
  • Experience in the Architecture or Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
