**Technical Sales Account Manager Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, and sales skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT technology and industry trends.
The Key Account Manager/Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for offering solutions to C-level executives in the IT industry, primarily based in the US and Canada. This includes Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged systems, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Cloud Storage, and backup solutions.
The role requires the ability to engage with daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and product offerings, present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers, and deliver technical presentations confidently in online sales meetings.
The successful candidate will also possess a sales-oriented attitude and expertise, be capable of selling IT products to clients in the US and Canada, understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/backup appliances, package and price services/products according to client needs, and demonstrate experience in achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- B2B IT product sales experience in the US, Canada, and EU markets
- Strong selling, closing, presentation, technical, leadership, and team management skills

**Key Responsibilities**- Engage in daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and product offerings
- Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers
- Deliver technical presentations confidently in online sales meetings

- Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical details
- Coordinate documentation, datasheets, catalogs, etc., with customers
- Follow up diligently with customers to close deals
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components
- Experience with CRM software is advantageous
- Knowledge of Data Center solutions is a plus
- Sales-oriented attitude and expertise
- Able to sell IT products to clients in the US and Canada
