HR Manager | Talent Acquisition Specialist | Trusted by 19K+ FollowersWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales / Key Account Manager to lead B2B IT solution sales focused on Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Cloud Storage and Backup Solutions. This role will primarily serve clients in the US and Canada, engaging with C-level executives to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, Product) to align on strategy and execution.
- Conduct professional and persuasive technical presentations in online sales meetings.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level and D-level executives in the IT industry.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals with accurate pricing and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely coordination with clients regarding datasheets, catalogs, documentation, etc.
- Actively follow up on leads and maintain strong client engagement to close deals.
- Maintain and manage client information through CRM software.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, market trends, and client business models.
- Understand and package IT solutions (Datacenter, Cloud, Storage, Backup Appliances) as per client needs.
- Develop quality sales pipelines and track progress through the funnel to closure.
- Collaborate with team members to arrange and deliver product training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B IT product sales, especially to US and Canadian markets.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, datacenter solutions, and cloud-based technologies.
- Exceptional communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, team-focused attitude with a problem-solving approach and a good sense of humor.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience selling to North American clients (US & Canada).
- Knowledge of Datacenter, Cloud, Virtualization, and Backup/Storage solutions.
- Experience conducting product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership or team management experience is a plus.
