**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, and sales skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT technology and industry trends.

The Key Account Manager/Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for offering solutions to C-level executives in the IT industry, primarily based in the US and Canada. This includes Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged systems, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Cloud Storage, and backup solutions.

The role requires the ability to engage with daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and product offerings, present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers, and deliver technical presentations confidently in online sales meetings.

The successful candidate will also possess a sales-oriented attitude and expertise, be capable of selling IT products to clients in the US and Canada, understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/backup appliances, package and price services/products according to client needs, and demonstrate experience in achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • B2B IT product sales experience in the US, Canada, and EU markets
  • Strong selling, closing, presentation, technical, leadership, and team management skills

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Engage in daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and product offerings
  • Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers
  • Deliver technical presentations confidently in online sales meetings
  • Build productive internal and external relationships, focusing on teamwork and keeping colleagues updated
  • Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical details
  • Coordinate documentation, datasheets, catalogs, etc., with customers
  • Follow up diligently with customers to close deals
**Requirements**
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Data Center solutions is a plus
  • Sales-oriented attitude and expertise
  • Able to sell IT products to clients in the US and Canada
  • Understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/backup appliances
  • Packaging and pricing services/products according to client needs
  • Demonstrate experience in achieving sales targets
  • Convert leads into opportunities and close deals
  • Build a pipeline with quality leads
  • Establish trust and build relationships with clients
