We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Senior Operations (Business Support Specialist). This role requires strong leadership, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate should handle meetings and calls professionally while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle internal and external meetings/calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Address and resolve team concerns with empathy and patience.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Stay calm under pressure and navigate difficult situations professionally.
Type: Full-Time Night Shift (8PM-5AM)
