Shifts: Rotational (5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve service excellence.
  • Develop and implement international strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Oversee global projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a culturally aware and inclusive team environment.
  • Set and monitor key performance metrics, providing insights to management.
  • Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to drive seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Must have minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in BPO).
  • Strong understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
