Shifts: Rotational (5 Days a Week)
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve service excellence.
- Develop and implement international strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Oversee global projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a culturally aware and inclusive team environment.
- Set and monitor key performance metrics, providing insights to management.
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to drive seamless operations.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in BPO).
- Strong understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
