Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to design and implement employee value propositions and employer branding initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
