Join our People and Organization team as the Human Resource Business Partner and help drive our people agenda.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Acting as a trusted partner to the business, providing deep insights, an independent viewpoint, and HR expertise to address business issues. You will also play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure by consulting with and influencing leaders on emerging people-related topics.
  • Understanding the business and its strategy, actively participating in decision-making across all organizational facets.
  • Understanding external market implications on business and people strategies (industries, markets, customers, people practices).
  • Ensuring the implementation of Global HR initiatives.
  • Leading and contributing to HR program implementations.
  • Coaching and enabling leaders to be more effective.
  • Driving discussions on workforce and organizational design changes and providing recommendations.
  • Partnering with business leaders to analyze and drive culture change aligned with business strategy.
  • Enabling the development of a diverse, robust talent pipeline.
  • Guiding the business on HR programs, processes, and policies suitable for the business environment and strategy.
Your success is grounded in
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years as an HRBP.
  • PHR, SHRM, or CIPD certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
