Job Summary

This is a leadership role that focuses on cultivating a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual compliance training plan, delivering instructor-led sessions, and creating digital e-learning modules.

The goal is to drive continuous improvement in ethics awareness and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Training Plan: Create an annual plan aligned with risk assessments, internal inputs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver Instructor-Led Sessions: Design and deliver training sessions for employees, senior management, and high-risk third parties.
  • Manage LMS Content: Manage content and engagement on the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee intranet portal.
  • Lead Awareness Campaigns: Plan and lead awareness campaigns to promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified professionals (e.g., CCEP, CIA, CISA, ACCA, CA, or similar) with relevant training and development experience are encouraged to apply.
