Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive based in Faisalabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating strategies for business growth, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. The candidate will also be responsible for developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and contributing to long-term organizational planning and strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and strategy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the logistics or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
