Overview

Transpotech is seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.


Location: DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 - D Block, Opposite Bank Habib Metro, Lahore


Shift: 5pm - 2am (Night shift, Rotational, 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts)


Office based: This position is office-based and cannot be remote.



Responsibilities
  • Identify and source top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and support performance management initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in career development planning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Handle HR reporting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment and HR Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Tech or BPO industry.
