Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Lahore, Pakistan. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer calls and emails, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Experience in the travel or e-ticketing industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service
