About the opportunity
  • Responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors, servicing at a 360-degree level to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
  • Assist in improving the customer experience by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations and owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions and events, thereby optimizing performance.
  • Identify and implement new value-added initiatives and proactively find solutions, such as establishing 2 exclusive partnerships with key accounts, either offline or on foodpanda, with targeted monthly growth as the main KPI.
  • Ensure digital photography of top key accounts.
  • Handle deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance daily and weekly.
  • Reduce issue or fail rates.
  • Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, deliver strategies, develop tactical plans, manage project risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, coordinating support, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintain visibility and communication across teams and report progress to management.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as they arise.
What you need to be successful
  • 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presentations and business reviews.
  • Knowledge of food industry and operational costings.
