About the opportunity
  • Responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors by providing comprehensive service to optimize business performance and growth, while enhancing their experience.
  • Assist in improving customer experience by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations and owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions and events to optimize performance.
  • Identify and implement new value-added initiatives and proactively find solutions, such as establishing two exclusive partnerships with key accounts, either offline or on foodpanda, with targeted monthly growth as a key KPI.
  • Ensure DL Photography of top key accounts.
  • Manage deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance daily and weekly.
  • Reduce issue and fail rates.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintain visibility and communication with management, reporting on progress.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as they arise.
What you need to be successful
  • At least 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presentations and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry and operational costing.
