Role Description

This is a full-time role as Business Development Expert located in Johr Town, Lahore District. We are seeking a results-driven, motivated, and skilled Telesales Business Development Expert with proven expertise in email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who excels at identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into loyal clients. Below is a brief description of the job:

  • Develop and execute targeted cold email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Available to work on-site at US timings (Pakistan timings 17:00 to 24:00).
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture key decision-makers.
  • Research and segment potential leads by industry, company size, and decision-maker roles.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track all outreach activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outreach strategies to match service offerings.
  • Provide regular reporting on outreach efforts, conversion rates, and lead progress.
  • Continuously optimize messaging strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or lead generation (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Experience working in construction services is preferred.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong cold calling skills with excellent verbal communication.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and qualify leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in digital marketing is a plus.
