Join our People and Organization team as the Human Resource Business Partner and help drive the people agenda.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Acting as a trusted partner to the business, providing deep insights, an independent viewpoint, and HR expertise on business issues. Playing a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure by consulting with and influencing leaders on emerging people-related topics.
  • Understanding the business and its strategy, actively participating in decision-making across all facets of the organization.
  • Understanding external industry trends, markets, customer needs, and people practices, and their implications on the business and people strategy.
  • Ensuring the implementation of global HR initiatives.
  • Leading and contributing to the implementation of HR programs.
  • Coaching and enabling leaders to be more effective.
  • Driving discussions related to workforce and organization design changes, and providing recommendations.
  • Partnering with business leaders to analyze and drive culture change aligned with business strategy.
  • Enabling the business to develop a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
  • Guiding the business on appropriate HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment and strategy.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • PHR, SHRM, or CIPD certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
