This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic security sales initiatives, promoting innovative security products and services that safeguard payment integrity, digital transactions, and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pakistan market, including payments trends and security opportunities, and a proven track record in delivering solutions, engaging large customers and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the Security Solutions business in Pakistan and support other East Arabia markets (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan, Afghanistan).
  • Manage product lines with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, market segments, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in Mastercard's Security Solutions products to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to contract signing, managing the pipeline and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinating with Mastercard's Services and Core teams.
  • Collaborate with Security Solutions Product Managers to address market needs.
  • Create compelling narratives to communicate the benefits of Security Solutions and other Mastercard products.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or post-graduate degree a plus.
