Zameen.com is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of sales executives in the field, drive property sales, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to achieving regional sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the field sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and maintain relationships with property investors, clients, and partners
  • Promote Zameen.com's real estate projects and services to potential buyers and investors
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment between field activities and brand goals
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and sales data to recommend strategic improvements
  • Organize and attend sales events, site visits, and client meetings to boost conversions
  • Train and support sales team members to improve their skills and efficiency
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of sales techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
