We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in international sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a global sales environment, with the ability to manage multiple sales teams efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market. The candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts to cater to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage multiple sales teams, ensuring peak performance and target achievement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular training and feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and outreach strategies.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure the implementation of best practices in sales processes, CRM, and customer engagement.

Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage and lead multiple sales teams effectively.

Strong knowledge of global markets, sales techniques, and CRM software.

Results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Availability to work night shifts (as per international market requirements).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B and B2C sales.

Knowledge of digital sales tools and strategies.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
