This role will be responsible for supporting the Coverage team in deepening Transaction Banking (Cash & Trade) product penetration in Pakistan and providing insights to target New-to-Bank clients. The incumbent will lead the development of tailored customer value propositions, drive deal execution, and structure cash/trade solutions to grow revenue. Additionally, they will spearhead strategic initiatives, manage client pictures and RFPs (Request for Proposals), and identify cross-sell opportunities, including foreign exchange effects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create long-term strategic and tactical client-level strategies for assigned clients.
  2. Integrate client strategies into the overall account plan and align with coverage partners.
  3. Develop global calling plans and stakeholder mapping as part of client strategy.
  4. Define the digitization agenda within the portfolio to enhance client loyalty, wallet share, and mindshare.
  5. Partner with trade distribution to enhance capacity for client requirements.
  6. Identify cash/trade business opportunities, structure solutions, and deliver client mandates.
  7. Collaborate with implementation, client management, and service teams for a superior client experience.
  8. Develop operating plans with product teams to meet revenue targets in line with sales strategy.
  9. Drive pipeline and closures through business origination activities.
  10. Lead initiatives with the Transaction Banking product team, such as ecosystem banking and product commercialization.
  11. Manage RFP responses, client pitches, and ensure successful conversions.
  12. Oversee deal execution, implementation, and revenue realization.
  13. Identify cross-sell opportunities and pass leads to relevant teams.
  14. Proactively develop cash & trade opportunities with coverage and product teams.
  15. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensure activity aligns with policies.
  16. Build relationships with trade finance and cash management decision-makers.
  17. Promote the bank's network and product capabilities to increase client penetration and revenue.
  18. Implement targeted marketing strategies for new initiatives and product launches.
  19. Create calling plans mapping key stakeholders within client organizations.
  20. Identify client needs, develop solutions, and lead proposals and pitches.
  21. Leverage structured and treasury solutions for complex deals.
  22. Structure trade facilities, grow trade limit utilization, and develop cash, liquidity, and FX solutions.
  23. Monitor usage and ensure post-sales service issues are managed appropriately.
